IDEA

The film grew from a conversation with Angela-Mara Florant and my passion for Contact Improvisation. When a film-school application assignment coincided with a workshop she co-led at Spazio Il Mulino in Tuscany, the project found its form.

I had planned to take part in the workshop; instead, I arrived with a camera. The film evolved intuitively from the rhythm of the days, with an interview as its quiet narrative thread.
